Notes: For your consideration we have a highly desirable early Snowflake Ref. 7021 from 1970. As it is commonly known by collectors that the early 7016/7021 Snowflakes had the dials that bubbled and dry rotted and because of this most of the early dials were replaced at some point with later tritium dials that were manufactured better. This dial while has its marks on it has a beautiful shade of patina and the dial has colored to a pleasant grey tone color that matches the MKII long 5 insert perfectly. The case on this 7021 is amazingly thick possibly unpolished, crown guards even and the original chamfers are extremely well pronounced. What makes the 7021 special above the later 9411 snowflakes is that it came with roulette date wheel and this example has retained its original. Something about a snowflake with a red date that just sets it apart. This example while no safe queen has that charismatic vintage look and feel that just makes you love wearing it.
